“Slapping a logo on a racing jersey and thinking the job’s a good ‘un”. Definitely not the Black Sheep way. Our team partnerships are focused on creating a pathway from local, elite cycling to the professional peloton. A dedication to the next generation. A hands-on approach to making cycling dreams a reality and inspiring our community at the same time.

Teams & Partnerships.
We’re for the future. By supporting the next generation of cyclists, we can ensure talented individuals can take their goods to the top level. From team and event sponsorships; to athlete mentors and stagiaire opportunities, these partnerships represent a financial, product and support investment.
Founded by former Pro Tour riders, Ben Kersten and Matt Wilson, the Australian Cycling
Academy is hell bent on creating a better
future for Australian cyclists, on and off
the bike. Integrating high-performance,
study and professional mentoring, each rider
is required to be enrolled in tertiary study.
What started as a few mates racing crits in Melbourne, is now one Australia’s premier domestic cycling teams with riders from
InForm Racing going on to race in the ProTour.
In 2022, InForm Racing will increase its team budget by 100 percent, introducing for the
first time a women’s team, with an equal
budget split between men and women.
Tour de l’Avenir
The Tour de l’Avenir (French for Tour of the Future) is affectionately known as the Baby Tour and is the U/23 Tour de France. In 2022, Black Sheep entered a three-year partnership with the race. Past winners of the Tour de l’Avenir read like a who’s who of cycling and include Greg Lemond, Egan Bernal, and Tadej Pogacar – all of whom went on to win the Tour de France.Learn More
