Men's Elements SS Thermal Jersey - Neon Green. - This jersey is awesome. I am a bit of a cold frog and need to keep really warm during days that are less than 15 degrees. This jersey does the trick for me and it is extremely soft. One thing though, the sizing is smaller when comparing with other of the thermal jerseys I have from BS. I give credit to BS customer service as I was able to swap for a size up.
